COURT-APPOINTED CONSERVATORSHIP

We serve as court-appointed conservators for adults whom probate courts have deemed incapacitated and require assistance managing their financial affairs. This vital service protects vulnerable individuals while ensuring strict compliance with Probate court requirements.

Our Services

Two Critical Roles

Court-Appointed Conservator Serving Charleston County Probate Court as a professional Conservator for incapacitated adults. We manage financial affairs, protect assets, coordinate care, and provide transparent reporting to the court and families.

Federal Fiduciary for Veterans Appointed by the Department of Veterans Affairs to manage benefits for veterans who have been deemed incompetent to manage their VA compensation. Currently serving 140 beneficiaries across four states.
